Because each item is handmade with love and intention, all sales are FINAL.

However, your satisfaction in your item means everything to us. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We’ll gladly offer:
A replacement (if available)

  • A clear photo of the item and issue
  • A description of the problem

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change-of-mind, due to the handmade nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Processing Time
Each piece in our shop is made to order by hand, which means a little extra time and care goes into every stitch.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for your item to be handmade before shipping. We’ll always aim to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Time
Once your item is ready, shipping typically takes:

3–8 business days (U.S.)

7–21 business days (International)

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

I’m Lacy from Texas! Since I was a kid, I have loved all things fashion and anything pink. I always knew I wanted to own my own business and this year I took the leap of faith. It all started with a passion for sewing and a desire to create custom slow fashion pieces. I began Sincerely, Lacy right out of my college apartment in Lubbock, stitching custom bow sweatshirts, tanks, tees, and one-of-a-kind vintage quilted jackets between classes and coffee runs. I wanted to create pieces that were sincerely ME and inpsire others to do the same! Recently, I've had 3 trunk shows with LoveShackFancy which has catapulted my brand bigger than my wildest dreams. I can't wait to see where this journey takes us, and I'm so glad you're here with me!
